Mary Portas Pilot Scheme

Royal Wootton Bassett has made an application to become one of the 12 Mary Portas Pilot schemes.  The Government has set aside one million pounds to support these Pilots but with an expected 300 applications competition is fierce.

The Royal Wootton Bassett bid builds on the strong traditional foundations already present in our High Street, whilst exploring ideas to bring this to a 21st Century audience with the convenience of modern technology.  In addition to the bid document itself, applicants are requires to make a short YouTube video to promote their idea, we hope you enjoy ours.
